I need a build and suggestions on what gear/set I should use, Thanks.

Oh c'mon, don't tell me that you're stopping at L16 for PvP! -.-
Go all the way to end game and earn gear. :D

Mythics will just take a while, but they're worth it. Trust me, twinking in L16 is just overrun by various twinking guilds who think they're hard because they can farm and gang.
