Hi, I was wondering if the in app purchases for "P" bill your credit/debit card or your iTunes gift card. I really don't want to have some sort of trouble where I

P stands for platinum, in in-game intermediary currency. You purchase plat through iTunes. There should be a platinum indicator next to gold that shows you how much you have.
