I wanted to buy more Platinum. But when it opens up in browser. There is no Google Wallet payment option anymore.
Why is that?

Google is in the process of retiring their Google Checkout service (https://support.google.com/checkout/sell/answer/3080449). With this in mind, the Spacetime Studios Webstore (https://store.spacetimestudios.com/WebStore/store.jsp)will no longer offer Google Checkout as a payment option.
Paypal and Amazon Payments remain as purchase options.

Ok but how come you can still do in-game Play platinum purchases for Pocket Legends? Why must a game payment differ from one game to another?
