Gliepinir

I can't get gliepinir. I've done every quest in stronghold, it doesn't give me permafrost quest which is needed to get gliepinir of grinmr. How do I unlock this quest? I've done everything, I've beaten all the Nordr bosses and still..

Did you find the 3rd Runestone?

I have walked past it a few times in the last quest in Nordr so I was also wondering why I could not get further. Normally I walked together with a party to the boss but to get this rune you need to turn right at some point - the parties I was with never did this (they probably already found it).

Not sure if this is what you need but thought I mention it.

u probably need to go talk to the herald in kragg first. he gives permafrost quest.
