i meant where are the elite underworld bosses? do i have to be lvl 75 to find them?

From what I'd heard, you can get from "underworld eruption" a plat pay dungeon,
And red dragon slayer(have to be lvl76 to enter that)
These are from what I heard/read.
I don't really farm so I dunno..
