If you have one character under your main account and you use platinum to obtain a second character under the same email account, can the plats that you acquire under that first account be used on the second one so long as it's the same email?

I use two devices and just gift my items if I have to transfer a lot of things (i did get fed up with 5 slots and bought 10 additional slots, is very helpful).

Yeah, fill your stash, swap chars and withdraw, swap back and repeat until the second character has the items and gold it needs.
