Bananas.....nice. Explain how the 4 secs work on a passive, does it apply to just the initial hit per mob?

Probably because -10 int, str, dex was weaksauce, and wouldn't be useful 1-2 expansions from now.

The passive debuff has a chance to go off when he is attacking at level 30+, it's not a guaranteed and the chance applies to every target he hits. This is done because in general player abilities do not "miss" based on reduced hit chances, so to make the ability stand out for PvP and PvE, they each get their own element that benefits one. PvE benefits greatly from a chance at 35% hit reduction, while the PvP benefits from the chance of -20 to all stats. Yes this does stack if you get lucky, but the overlap would be brief.

Enemies don't actually suffer as much as you would think from a stat reduction, it's mainly for PvP.

So it's a well-rounded pet now. Thanks!

Passive; may i know what level grimm has to be to get the -20 all stat passive? cuz in lvl 10 pvp stats is very important.

35% is a bit OP, no...?

Crow and Apollo - I don't understand why you guys disapprove of the 35% hit reduction... it's mainly for PvE.

I know you both own Samael, but let's be realistic here - Grimm still doesn't even come close. And this isn't a class-specific weapon, its a pet that anyone can buy.

To people who think Grimm is OP:
His ability to kill is quite rare. It happened only 3 times in 3 day to an enemy to be *banished*.
And his cool down is very long!!

His arcane changed from 5 enemies to nearby enemies. Does this mean he'll hit all enemies in range now?

I was always under the impression that 5 targets is the maximum per round of damage anyway. For example, the blast from fireball hits 5 targets, each pulse of damage from windmill hits 5 targets, each pulse of damage from razor shield hits 5 targets. Is this incorrect?

Unless there is a specified target limit, aoe attacks hit targets within their specified range.

Check windmill bro, it hits more than five (I think hard to tell with so much damage calculations on the screen).

However, I have seen samuel banish a wopping 7 all at once, as well as terrify a few additional mobs.

This update is awesome. It makes Grimm more worthy. The thing is his chance to Kill is super low. It's like ONCE/DAY. And it just kills ONE enemy at a time (if it works)

This is up to the roll of the dice, and nothing more. It's entirely possible for all the targeted enemies to be banished, but you would have to be incredibly lucky. Every mob has the same chance every time the ability goes off, it doesn't just stop on one. Perception is reality on this one.
