do the offers only work if they are new offers? because everytime i do an offer it doesnt work
or is it just certain devices that work?

iPad and apple devices have the tendency to have more offers.

If you did not receive your plat, go to NativeX, scroll down way to the bottom right corner. Tap "FAQ". Then "who to contact" and then "send an email". An email will be already set up for you. Be sure to send NativeX with the email you use for Arcane Legends. It will take up to 3 business days for them to manually add the plat.

It's not if it doesn't work or not. It does, but I think errors can occur. This should help you get plat with recent offers. They will not add expired offers.

It depends on the context of new.

If it is a new offer on NativeX but you've previously done the offer for that app but it reappears, there is an extremely high chance it will not credit (because the system knows you've completed, I don't know why they still display it)

If it is a new offer on NativeX but you've never done it before, there is a good chance it will credit (although not guaranteed, talk to NativeX Support if you did this and it did not credit)

If it is not a new offer but you've never done it before, there is a good chance it will credit (talk to support if you do this and it doesn't credit)

If it not a new offer but you've done it before, I have no clue why its still displaying and there is a high chance it will not credit.
