Seeing a Runestone instead of a clock (from the Mage Timebomb skill)

Lately (last 2 weeks) I sometimes see a rune stone (from the 3 rune stones quest) instead of a clock when a mage casts his Time Bomb spell.

It is not a big problem except that there is always a fairly bright glow around it and this obscures whatever is happening around it (mostly battle so it can be tricky when the battle it tough).

Anyone else seen this?

Its most likely the mage mythic gun's proc.

So is this a normal thing then (and not a clock turning into a rune stone)?
What does this proc do?

Look for 'Runic Flare of Lethality' in auction and see its description.

You either are using the Mythic Gun or someone in your party was using it.

Thanx this clears it up then. Thought I was seeing things or that it was a bug. :-P
