Pvp now is really different.. Boring

Everytime i enter ctf players are either not fighting coz they are flagging or some are fighting while others are flagging and not joining their team,,or all are fighting but no flagging..and they just fight in the middle..
I really miss the old pvp where you need to guard the flag holder .. Or the base.. Make good strategy.. Chase the flagger so that they cant score.. Help teammate..but not spawnkilling..
Now its like flag and kills are seperated.. Sometimes i enter pvp and normaly i will kill player.. And when they died they will get angry and they will tell you youre a ganger or "cant u see im flagging?!" Well i havent played for a long time maybe its a new rule in pvp.. I dunno
