Hello,
For some reason, I am unable to complete the quest: Only the Best.
Whenever I see the ordinary glowing tombstones & I try to smash them, I get the message: "Somebody in Necropalis may know something about this..."
Yes, I have already picked up the quest & did not get to turn it in yet.
