I downloaded Kobo, created a new account and bought books, it says MINIMUM of 3 pounds. I purchased 2 books for a total of 3.7 pounds and every time I check the history it's just pending. Please take action at this matter asap please!

Actually, you need to contact the customer support for NativeX or Trialpay, depending on whose offer it was.
