Celebration pots :)

Hello guys we often hear the advice from our friends or from anyone "Go drink some pots at guild hall or tavern" My suggestion is to make celebration pots or whatever you call it. It should have a price like 20 gold per pot and available at guild hall. It should have no use nor tradable. But if you drink it u should have bubbles coming from your mouth. It will look like celebration. You can give treat to your friends when you got any achievement or good loot and I don't think it's hard to implement. What do you say?
