Hey I was wondering is it possible for me to loot a Mythic item or weapon from the LGCW's at any level? I'm wondering because I'm lvl 24 and I want to attempt to loot the Halloween weapon.

Mythics and Arcane items can come from a Grand Watch Crate at any level.

So that means I can get a lvl 31 mythic weapon at level 24? or the level 36 Halloween weapon?

Yes it does. A level 1 can open locked crates and loot a level 36 mythic.
Huh?! Locked crates only drop items on youre own lvl,i thougt..

They do, unless they're mythics or arcanes. Mythics and arcanes are at cap level. There are no level 10 mythics or level 16 arcanes...I believe the lowest level mythic or arcane are redbeards hooks at level 26. The ONLY mythics anr arcanes that are not at a level cap are eggs which are always level 1 to open.
