His health won't go down.. I run the map 3 times and the same thing happen... Is anyone having this problem???

Elite Dragon has insanely high armor, if you want to do damage to him use armor debuffs.

I know he does I did the quest on both my toons... The health today did not move we stay hitting him for 5 mins and nothing happen

It worked fine for me today...did a buncha runs with no prob

If you corner him for to long this happens. Simple fix DON'T CORNER HIM KEEP HIM MOVING and you should be fine.
