Seperate section for signatures.

Too many signature threads clogging the AL Contests (no offence to the sig makers or buyers) to an extent that 9/10 threads here are about signatures.

I want to propose a seperate section within the AL forum called AL Signatures. Or that these threads be moved to AL fan art.

I don't mind people creating cool sigs but only regular signature artists enter these contests.
