So that was the nerf? More likely unbalanced pvp instead of balancing it. Things i liked about this:
-No more fbows!
-Mages crit reduce!
-No more one shotting in endgame
And thing i didnt like:
-Birds already weaker buffs got nerfed
-Low level damage nerf
-Reaper blade and paw isnt nerfed enough
-Savage set really op
-Healing classes are op
-51 pvp has immortal classes
-Rhinos now even more underpowered at almost every level.

Nope,the free respec was about 1 month or so I think It will come in next pvp balance update idk

The two dex characters bird and fox got hit hard,they both depend on dodge to survive and crit to kill, at least if you nerf em hard, you should give bird a decent armour buff(not 7) and a damage buff while making foxes spell damage stronger while also giving a decent armour buff(not 16).
