I was running deadcity regular and uthar popped up who is this? When he appeard my screen zoomed in on him and then out and hes health was half way. So weird

He pops up from the grave outside of the Lost Mage Mines for a Daily Quest from Karin in the Tavern in Kraag called "Rememberance"
