Where do I go to do the Halloween run?

Sorry for the nooby question,but this is my first time at an event like this and I would like to know where to do the Halloween run at as well as future events.

Somewhere up the golem road the quest in forest haven directed me there now it wont i usually just join a friends games i think the quests glitched unless someone knows.

Go see any town crier to start the quests

Get the quest and it will teleport you there. Or, you can join through Balefort Castle to go to Cemetery Road which leads to the Pumpkin Patch or the Shifty Dungeon Keeper Place

Or, for non lvl appropriate runs type in Haunted as the game name on the join screen
