I don't know if this was answered yet,but how come we can't map all our skills like in Pocket Legends?

Because it is Star Legends not pocket legends. and it leaves more room for diversity. see you either choose to be deffensive or offensive not both.

The map in pl is different, unlike sl it only has 8 slots.

At level 51 you have two unused skillpoints. All skills are maxed but you still got two bonus points. Thats a bug that stg wont fix in next couple light years.

It is actually useful to have 9 skills; I don't know why people are complaining.

For op, you can use all 9 in pvp, if you switch skills load outs mid-fight. With eng, you can put the last two into suppression, and switch force shield out during pve, while still having it maxed for pvp.

For com, I just put 6 into singularity, and put the last 2 into grav - again, switching those two depending on the pve situation, and if I am facing a kit op.

All in all, it is not a bad thing to have too many skills - you can cater your load out to the situation at hand.

May I add that light years are used to measure the distance and not the time.
