Clicking join friend sends me to the snow base camp

As much as I l ove the frozen north and the yetis and stuff, I want to join my friends in games but every time I click join it sends me paking to the lost expedition base camp...instead of my friend's game. I play on an iPad and I just downloaded 1.5. Please advise. Thanks!

Do you know what map you were trying to join? You may not have access to it.

Did you buy The Lost Expedition maps?

Have you played through those maps before? Some sections are locked at first. Are you able to host a game with that map you are trying to join? Also, do you know if the map you wanted to join had a spot open?

I might add this is a good place to note it would be nice to get a system message when this happens, like when you try to join something you dont have access to. Instead of just dumping you back in town and you dont know why.
