Questions about a "Ticket"

I did send a ticket for me getting unbanned but I have questions:
1.)When will my ticket be Reviewed?
2.)How will I know if they approved my ticket?
3.)How will I know when they will unban me?
Pls answer my question's thank you.
I do have a space times studio account if your curious.

We don't discuss account issues on the forums. Your only recourse is, as you have done, by entering a ticket (or otherwise writing to the Spacetime Support Team at support@spacetimestudios.com).

Accounts are not banned without cause. If the cause was sufficient, then generally banned accounts are not eligible to be re-opened.
