Level 76 warbird build for pvp

Hey y'all I've been researching builds for a warbird, but only can find low lvl builds, does anyone know a great build for a lvl 76 warbird? I have full savage, scyth and buckler. Also put 157 into str and rest into dex, but still he wrecked... Any suggestions on skill points wise? Like what to put in break armor, blast shot, ect. Please help y'all well appreciated.:)
