How come when u turn off xp gain your pve kills don't increase but ur pve deaths do

Thats the only downside about XP gain and for good reason too

Besides, what if you were L36 and technically you still earn xp after a kill (XP doesn't add towards your counter). What would happen if I disabled "XP gain" and ran all levels without gaining a single death?

Good thing they did not implement losing xp when you die. Other games do.

Yikes! I hated doing corpse runs after my character died in other mmos, sometimes I actually de-leveled a few times
