Hello Spacetime studios,
I have used your "Live Chat" support system a lot of times in the past and it really helped me. Mjolstin and I had long live chat sessions in which I told him my issues and he helped me out right there and then.
Although not all of them were resolved, like those items I lost a long time ago but weren't recovered because they wouldn't show up in the log for being too long ago..., but other then that, the rest of the problems were resolved and I was very satisfied and I'm sure many of the other members were too.
My point is that, I would like it if you would bring that system back. I know it would be helpful to a lot of people as it was to me.
This could mean you would have to hire a few more employees since there will be many requesting to "Live Chat" but I'm sure you guys can handle it.
