I am actually not new to AL ima lvl 36 warrior .
I was just wondering how to a get other than buying it from auction?
You can go farm or go to bosses, you can also open them from crates or chest. They are also available on forum market.

Farm elite oltgar keep(boss : elite frostir).....and equip lepre for chance to loot entombed hammers

Exactly, if you can't or don't want to farm elite frostr farm bael II, if you found him it would help, the first time I got level 30 Entombed Hammer Of Lethality (Before expansion).

farm olgters keep elite entombed hammer drops there i think.
