It seems like sometimes in pvp when people leave they automatically get a death, please help

It's when you leave while you used a skill a bit before that. My PL memories are a bit hazy but I believe there's an indicator in the upper left that shows you when it's safe to leave or not.

Yup, there's a little angry face that appears for 10 seconds after you've hit auto attack or any skill. You have to wait for that thing to disappear to leave safely.
