Then again would you waste (3) gems which could possibly cost $$$$$ on a Lep? I rather just switch it.

Yes you will be able to but lepre is level 1 item so you will probably be able to get +3 str and a max of +6 str with a superior bond that goes the same with int and agi so not a lot of stats there, you will probably be better off switching it at boss.
I am sure it wont increase reroll chance.

i would rather wait for reroll gem, as it seems, even at slight chance, came across dev's mind... :rolleyes:
