Campaigns and Dungeons

I had a question about buying these with platinum. There is a campaign pack that has all 4, is there a dungeon pack that has all of them? From what I can tell, you can only buy the dungeons individually.

For the PvP dungeons, there is a "map" pack for those too. How many different arenas or maps are there (the included ones and the purchasable ones)?

there is no dungeon pack that has all the dungeons. there are only the ones you can see.
