So in pvp whats the skill rogues use that slows the opponent? Its like ethyl but not. Is it grims stun ability or entangling trap?

Also whats the fireball that encircles players when they're just standing around? Its like its circling around them and theres a faint purplish circle underneath them. Are they only for guild masters and officers?

One more thing , will the update that takes away the halloween event be as long as it took to update the halloween event? Long updates require wifi for me to update which I can't get until tomorrow in school. Slow 2g connection:) Thanks!

1. It's not a skill, it is the proc from certain bows. The proc is called Arcane Patch.
2. The Ker'shal Sceptre - AKA Arcane Staff
3. I would have to assume so because it involves updating every town and every map; so, yes, be prepared with a WiFi connection when the update rolls out.
