Set bonuses need to be more diversified

i understand the whole point of a set being certain items that go together. but i am kind of disappointed that only certain items with the same stats as others will activate the bonus and others dont. such as wearing an overlord void helm over the jacobs. I think that since they are all Void/rift/cosmos that put together no matter what combination should grant the bonus. Not very fair to the people that like the look of one helmet over the other.
also why not give destiny/fortune/fate a small bonus i mean a set is a set lol
