Ability to "thank" people more often in a 24 hour window

Currently there seems to be a limit to the number of "thanks" that you can give to people within a 24 hour time period.

Could we have the following?
- Number of thanks remaining
- Time before we can "thank" again

Also, could we have an increase in the number of "thanks" that we can give?

You will have to see if vBulletin - on which the servers are run - offers such an add-on. :)
