Star legends stuck at 30%-40% on Google chrome

Hey! I've been having this problem since i updated my laptop to windows 8.1. when i click the star legends app on Google Chrome it loads to 30-40% and stops, then says it couldn't load the page. I looked at the other posts regarding this, but none of the solutions worked (Turning off Anti-virus software, Uninstalling and re-installing, Uninstalling and Downloading old chrome(didn't work even when i turned off wifi so it wouldn't update), Turning off gpu and turning it back on, deleting cookies and history, restarting my computer, etc) Star legends works fine on my Ipod and Internet Explorer. but it's really slow! i love playing Star legends on chrome and would like to figure out how to fix this! If anyone can help me with this problem? Please and thanks! :)

Tried it already! (checked other post regarding this issue) still doesn't work, i tried emailing sts....but they didn't know how to fix my problem :/
