Range Bug

so, Im fighting the wraith heart (doesnt matter where, this happens on all maps.) and melee foes hit you from a far ways away. I was solo, and I see the skeleton swing his sword, and kill me from around 4 paces away. What the heck. The distance is 5 TIMES HIS SWORD, HOW CAN HE HIT ME. Anyways, if this is on purpose, i dont like it, If it is a bug. Well, then it's a bug.

Make sure you're not within the circled grey area. That area can easily deplete health.
