[Android] Skill Bar

I'm having a problem. I'm trying to add skill to my skill bar and so far it's not working. I can only have a max of 4 skills. The ones I add aren't showing up on my skill bar. I've tried clearing data as well as reinstalling. I still get this issue. I tried on an iPhone and still had the same issue. My other skills aren't showing up on the skill bar. I can change them but I'm only allowed to have max of 4 skills on the bar. What's up with that?

On the hud, there's a spellbook with a green arrow on it in the upper right corner. Tap that to change the number of visible skill columns.
