For me the answer is simple...Flap jack FTW!!
Vlad is a halloween pet while Flap jack will be available to everyone at ANYTIME! You can save money if you want to buy too!

Flap jack have stun also,but flap jack need to closer to use skill..
Vlad no need to get close to mobs cause vlad have range skill than the Flap jack.

I say Flap Jack...Flap Jack is better for flaggers, its way cheaper than Vlad, and its more useful.
