Since crafting and upgrading system will be released soon, will it come with the fact that the lv36 helmet and armor can be traded in game?

I believe to remember a post where It mentionned that mythic will be tradeable in the future but not for this expansion

Heck, just go read through the responses in the crafting/upgrade threads...they've already addressed the question: the mythics will remain non-tradeable.
You will be able to slot Gems into your upgraded Mythics, but that won't change the fact that those items are not tradeable.
