I was wondering what percent of armor is reduced when the weapon procs. It is not indicated in the inventory menu. Does it affect a group or the individual target? :)

The percent is not given (only STS knows). It hits multiple targets.

Other weapon procs we don't know the exact percent Buff/debuff of: most of them

Thank you, Crowsfoot. I was wondering about this since infernal suffering of assault has 25% reduction and all. Hopefully it's higher than the infernal. :)
