devs could you please fix these both skills,sometimes when I'm pvp they both fail.thx I hope u fix it.
Post here if you have the same problem.

same here, opp can use stomp far way, i cant even with lv4

Both only have a % chance of effects happening. Even maxed out you can fail both skills some times.

These skills used to hit 100% of the time.
They now have a chance of missing the target or being dodged by the target.
