The reason your country doesn't have a banner in Arcane Legends is because only the countries that have the highest percentage of the Arcane Legends population are represented by a banner. Simply put, there arent enough people playing Arcane Legends in your country that can match up to the popular countries. There isnt enough storage space to include banners for every single country, and still allow the game to grow. Sorry, but too bad, so sad.
