IG i see an enchantress staff : A long white stick with a blue diamond

What's the name of this staff? have you ever seen this item?

I can't remember the exact name but it is something like the frosty ice staff of presence.

BTW, how do you know it's a diamond? My first thought would have been saphire just because it's blue.

It seems that there are now a few staves that look like this. I found two purples last night in the Lost Expedition minidungeons. I would imagine there is probably a pink version of at least one of these as well. Here are the stats for the two I found last night:

Ice Blast Staff of the Owl Lvl 30, 93 Int
70 - 80 Dmg
2.3 Speed
5 Int
2% Crit
3 H/s
1 Armor

Icebolt Staff of the Owl Lvl 30, 91 Int
66 - 74 Dmg
2.3 Speed
5 Int
2% Crit
3 H/s

So they are the same except higher damage and armor from the blast staff.
