Health Packs Rearrangement!

I think, that health packs are extremely temperamental.

Is there any way to make them fall in a specific manner every time? Like a triangle shape with enough spaced apart so you don't take all at once?

Otherwise, a lot of the time, PvP in a rogue vs rogue can depend on who gets the best pack arrangement.
