No, it will not. The point of the story tokens is a loyalty reward. STG rewards active players by giving them a nice incentive to keep playing. If it was tradable, then what is the point?

this is exactly why they aren't tradeable.
This is about as likely as making platinum tradeable...or as likely as STS giving their company rights to some high school drop-out for free. Sorry to be harsh about that, but Ebe is right. Daily Tokens are rewarding loyalty to the company's game. Same as how Platinum is rewarding charitability to the company. Daily Tokens do not even carry an economic value in the game. They would either be over-priced, or under-priced in the CS (never in between). Horrible idea (no offense)

This would greatly devalue everything that can be purchased with with story tokens

This will cause cheating.. Make a dummy account, do the quest and trade the token - Repeat the process.
