What are the comparisons of HJ, Glacian and Samael with regard to their passive attack speed and number of mobs affected at high level?

Hmm. Not really interested in Samael, if could afford guess it would choice. Real question is does anyone have Glacian and HJ and is there a noticeable difference in their passive attack speed. I heard HJ was much slower then Slag, is this true and if so, is Glacian passive attack also that slow?
