Might be not what you are looking for. But it's always a good way to know what is waiting for you. ;)
Here a list of xp amounts for each level:

I might be no AL expert but I suggest to level up and finish the first maps until you unlock the second town: Travelers Outpost.
You can either unlock all other maps to just start with the Watchers Tomb until lv. 25 or so
With that go on to Nordr Jurn Woods and finish leveling there. :)

you can go to nordr before lv 23 u need a party member to invite you to jurns woods :D

It's just hard-ish as lower level that's why. ;)
