Does STS customer service work over the weekend?

I apologize if this isnt the proper forum for this but I didn't see one that seemed more fitting. I've got an issue that I'm hoping can be resolved urgently (before the weekend is up) but I'm not sure if they will be able to get back to me until Monday. Was just curious if anyone knows whether or not customer service works over the weekend. Thanks!
