I saw one drop in Forest of Shades normal mob.

I saw one drop in Forest of Shades normal mob.Yea, that's where I found it. Although the drop rate for it seems to be quite rare as I have run that map tons and only got one when the drop rates were bugged.

I saw it dropped during the bugged time as well. Just means that it is extremely rare and price will stay high for a longer period of time.
