Unusual character problem.

I seem to be having a problem and I don't know whether it's due to technical problems or something else but today my boyfriend told me that his friend told him that I wasn't on Arcane Legends like I was because his friend was on since 10:30 am in the morning and I came on at 6:40 am my time which is 12:40 pm for me. My boyfriend told me that this afternoon i had told him that I was farming from 6:40 am - 8:30 am but his friend told him that he hadn't seen me at all. We are really confused and lost on what's going on at the moment with this and we're really unsure if it's technical or not.

This sort of thing can happen when we release new client updates. Generally we'll have two sets of servers running simultaneously for a few hours to give people time to transition from one version to the other - is it possible that one of you was using the old version and one of you was running the new one?
