Lets start playing Old fashion CTF more fun.

Say no more for free flags and boosting people!

Lets play by guild or with friends.

who ever score 5 flags 1st wins.. used what ever method or ways you want.

very simple but fun game!

i agree with u on this one. its capture the flag. not 4v5 while someone "flags"

It's not tdm while no one flags either. Flag away, but you will have to earn them.

All we need is the larger guilds to stop condoning the current gameplay. Set the example from the top down. Once the voices of common sense outnumber those whining like they just had their candy stolen, the game will change.

I remember, long ago back in Judgement, we entered a CTF room naked with only weapons and we PWN'd the enemies 5v5. We just LOL'd.

Yes! It was probably one of my most favorite experiences while playing AL. It was epic!

do you know the meaning of CTF? if you removed flag AP it wont be CTF anymore...

How won't it be ctf anymore? Will the flags magically disappear? The game mode will still be in

AP = achievement points
CTf = Capture the flag
Don't see any words being shared within either acronym... Weird

The only way I can think of is drop the worthless flag ap, keep the kills ap and install a flags game won ap

How successful were you with this?

Suggestion to "restore" the way ctf was in season 2 is ensure all the major guilds enforce a rule / agreement of no free flagging and to kill them.

Won't work, I've tried. People don't want to get better or even/fair games. People want pretty ratios and high flag totals so they can look good. The masses have spoken.

Through the past 3 days I've been surprised to find the majority of players joining in this. Usually after the first flag kill there is the usual "wtf, flag" but a short reply explaining that CTF is back to CTF is enough to get everybody joining in, and it has resulted in some very fun and competitive play, even for those initially opposed to the idea. I think Rav would agree, we had some awesomely fun CTF battles between Pheonix and Reborn the other night.

...not all, some of the usual cryers and lb gangers as you would expect just exit the room, but to them I say good riddance.
