Bypassed timer...? And Froze Timer...? On Upgrade...?

Hey STG,

Idk how I did it, but earlier this morning I had a Nightmarish Blades of Force in the process of being upgraded. I decided to check up on it and saw that the plat had been reduced to 1 platinum. So, I went to go do an offer really quick and when I came back not 1 minute later, it had said that the blades were ready although just a moment ago, they had 4 hours left.

Coincidentally, something happened with my guild-mate as well. Her timer is actually frozen now and bugged thus forcing her to pay platinum to upgrade the item. Why? We don't know. However, she also had the same scenario I experienced happened to her on her 2nd slot upgrade.

We don't know what's causing this but feel that it should definitely be looked into.

This is when I'm slotting new gems. I'm not sure about the reslotting gems yet.

However, when I was reslotting gems, I got a free bypass. Idk how, but I did. When I was slotting new gems, my timer froze for some. Idk how, but it did.

Actually zeus also said that the timer has been frozen on socketing 2nd gem

while my upgrades are still running(2nd gem) still have almost 11hr 30 min and the clocks clicking

My upgrading timer went well so far.
But Id like to hear the bug or glitch to bypass the time needed to upgrade. :dejection: Two days to embed a gem in 3rd slot of a mythic/arcane items is pretty long for me.

It isn't frozen but is seems 1 minute is 1 second which mean 1hour is one minute :)
Can't be waiting this long lol it happens/starts around 1day 0hour 15-25mins

If it helps I have 4 items in the 2 day upgrade and after starting them an hour later they went to the 1d 0h ##m I thought I must have been mistaken by the time, looking now they are 1d 21h and they have been running for ~10h. Definitely buggy

Ive just getting replied from support: This is a display issue only for upgrades that take longer than 24 hours. Your timer is still going and the time will display correctly once your upgrade falls below 24 hours. We will patch out a fix for this tomorrow.

Does that only happen to those who used platinum to speed up their upgrading in the first or second slots?
I did all my upgrading without using any platinum, all the timers seem to go well.

The timer shows you have 1d0h20m*sec left, but the bypass button shows it still costs 95 platinum to instant finish the upgrading.
I believe the timer still running, but the number is frozen at some place. Maybe that's the place where developer should look into.

dev plz my upgrading time also was frozen..............this happened after I upgrade a new gear while the old gear are still upgrading, the new gear's upgrading time works well, the old ones are frozen.

Actually the bug is it doesn't show the time correctly it must be 1day 23hrs 59min 59sec
Bt it shows 1day 0hrs 24min 59sec

The bug is it jus shifted hrs became min and min to sec
If u want jus see after one min the seconds numbers decreases for every min

I added 3rd gem to my myth armor,helm and weap but the timer is not working/stopped.but my myth ring that is 2nd stage of upgrading is working fine

The timers still counting down however the issue here is the display. The h m s values is shifted. When you do the 3rd tier upgrades the display should read 1d 23h 59m 59s and NOT 1d 0h 59m 59s. In the curr nt state the secs timing is not displayed, the m is hr timing while s is min timing.

Its not frozen av, first 2 picture look at your helm 1d 0h 17m 45s, next two picture a minute later 1d 0h 17m 44s. Second means minute on the 2 day upgrade.

ye sthey do, but minuts shows hrs and seconds show minutes, just a visual bug

Yes, it's as you all say. It's just a problem with the display - the server will still complete your upgrades correctly when the time has elapsed. We've fixed the problem with the display and it will be released with an upcoming patch.
